Welcome to Impeach 47. By accessing or using impeach47.earth, browsing our products, or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Impeach 47 is an independent political merchandise and accountability journalism brand. We sell custom-printed merchandise via our print-on-demand fulfillment partner Printful and publish independent reporting at impeach47.earth and impeachh47.substack.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By placing an order you represent that the payment information you provide is your own or that you have authorization to use it.

3. Products and pricing

All products on the site are made on demand. Photos shown on the site are mockups and may differ slightly from finished items due to print variation. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel any order placed at an obviously incorrect price.

4. Orders and payment

Submitting an order through the checkout is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance once payment clears and the order enters production. Until then we may decline or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, address verification failure, or stock availability.

5. Returns and refunds

Print-on-demand items are not returnable for change of mind or sizing. We replace or refund items that arrive defective, misprinted, damaged in transit, or wrong. See our Return and refund policy for the full process.

6. Shipping

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping policy. International customers are responsible for any duties or taxes assessed on import.

7. Intellectual property

All site content is owned by Impeach 47 or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially reuse our content without written permission. Linking to our articles and quoting fairly with attribution is welcomed and encouraged.

8. User-submitted content

If you submit a tip, review, comment, or suggestion to us, you grant Impeach 47 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that submission in our reporting and marketing, with or without attribution at your preference.

9. Editorial independence

Impeach 47's reporting is independent. We do not coordinate coverage with any campaign, party, or political action committee. We do not accept paid editorial placement. Our merchandise is the primary funding mechanism for our reporting.

10. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is." Articles are sourced and fact-checked to the best of our ability but are commentary and journalism, not legal, financial, or medical advice. We are not liable for actions you take based on our reporting.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impeach 47's total liability arising from any product purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Impeach 47 is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
