Returns & Refunds
Every product on Impeach 47 is printed on demand. That means each shirt, hat, hoodie, sticker, mug, and tote is made after you order it. Because the items are custom-printed for you, we cannot accept returns for size mismatches, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please review the size chart on each product page before ordering.
What we will fix or replace
If your order arrives with any of the following issues, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint or refund:
- Manufacturing defect (peeling print, bad stitching, fabric flaw)
- Print error (wrong design, wrong size shipped, off-center print)
- Damage in transit (shirt arrives torn, mug arrives broken, etc.)
- Wrong item shipped (you ordered a hat, you got a sticker)
To start a claim, email hello@impeach47.earth with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Replacement items ship at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
What we cannot accept
- Returns for sizing issues — please use the size chart on the product page
- Returns where the item is unworn but the buyer changed their mind
- Claims older than 30 days from delivery
- Stickers and small accessories — replacements only for damage or print error
Refund timing
Once your refund is approved, the credit will appear on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
